MUSIC AND THE ARTS
Exploring Our Rich Musical History
Music is an integral part of our worship and spiritual life. It enriches our services, elevates our prayers, and unites our congregation in a shared expression of faith. Whether through traditional hymns, choral anthems, instrumental pieces, or original works by local artists, music helps us connect with the divine, offering a powerful and joyful way to experience God’s presence.
Music + Worship
INSPIRE
VOICES LIFTEDÂ
Music is not just an accompaniment to worship; it is a vital expression of our faith and a means of drawing closer to God. Rooted in centuries of tradition, music in our worship services connects us to the rich history of the church while also inviting us to experience the divine in new and profound way.

In addition, the church has an 1870 Erard Concert Grand Piano used in both services and frequently featured in performances from local and world-renowned pianists.

St. Cecilia Festival
Our annual St. Cecilia Festival is held in honor of St. Cecilia, the patron saint of singers, organ builders, musicians and poets. The festival is a beautiful showcase of talent from local artists, musicians, readers, and poets. It is a popular event and this year will highlight students from the Christ Episcopal Art Scholarship Pilot Program. Donations from the event will be used to support music and scholarships for the program.
